RICHMOND, Va. – After leading the offense in a key victory for Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse on Saturday at Delaware, Will Consoli has been named the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive Player of the Week. Consoli racked up seven points against the Blue Hens, contributing on more than half of the Stags' goals in a 13-10 triumph.
 
Consoli scored a game-high four goals and dished out three assists to amass a career-best seven points on Saturday. His output included the go-ahead goal early in the third quarter that snapped a 7-7 tie and staked Fairfield to a lead that it would not relinquish.
 
On the season, Consoli has tallied 15 goals and 11 assists for a total of 26 points. Seventeen of his points have come during Fairfield's five CAA games to date with eight goals and nine assists against league foes.
 
With Saturday's win, Fairfield Men's Lacrosse improved to 11-1 overall and 4-1 in the CAA. The Stags are back on the road this Saturday, April 19 for a showdown at reigning CAA Champion Towson. The Tigers top the league standings again this spring at 5-0 as a part of a 7-5 overall mark.
