LAST TIME OUT
A stifling defensive effort fueled Fairfield in a 10-7 win over Lehigh on Feb. 7 at Rafferty Stadium.
Julian Radossich set a program record with seven caused turnovers to lead the defensive unit, while
Devin Lampron scored four goals to pace the Stags' attack in his collegiate debut.
The Fairfield defense pressured Lehigh into 26 turnovers on the day, which contributed to the Stags' 36-21 advantage in ground balls.
Eli Adams and
Nate Livingston got the start down low alongside Radossich, while
Rory Thompson posted one caused turnover and collected five grounders at LSM.

Lampron was the Stags' only multi-goal scorer as
Keegan Lynch,
Will Consoli,
Jason LaMay Jr.,
John Okupski, Kasten and Adams each added one. Kasten and Adams' goals were the first of their respective Fairfield careers.
Lynch was the Stags' top facilitator with two assists to complete a three-point evening, and
Rob Moore rounded out the attack with one helper.
Dylan Smith headed the effort at the faceoff X, finishing 11-for-19 with four ground balls.
Daniel Davis took over for the last faceoff on the day, winning the draw and collecting the ground ball.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. BROWN
Fairfield and Brown played annually from 1996-2004 with the Bears holding a 7-2 lead through those nine encounters. The Stags' two victories are back-to-back one-goal wins in the 2002 and 2003 campaigns. The 9-8 triumph over #17 Brown in 2002 was the first win over a ranked opponent in Fairfield Men's Lacrosse history.
Fairfield is 11-28 all-time against the Ivy League. In addition to a 2-7 mark against Brown, the Stags have lost both all-time meetings with Cornell, are .500 against Darmouth (2-2) and Harvard (6-6) and have one win in 12 meetings with in-state Ivy foe Yale.
The Stags have never met Penn or Princeton, while Columbia does not sponsor Division I Men's Lacrosse.
CAUSING CHAOS (AND TURNOVERS)
Julian Radossich was named the USA Lacrosse Player of the Week after posting a Fairfield program record seven caused turnovers in the Feb. 7 win over Lehigh. He was one shy of the NCAA Division I record of eight caused turnovers, which has been an official statistic since 2010 but recorded in Fairfield's statistics since 2004. As a freshman, Radossich established a new Fairfield single-season record of 27 caused turnovers en route to CAA Rookie of the Year and All-CAA First Team recognition.
Julian Radossich was previously selected as a Preseason All-America Honorable Mention by USA Lacrosse.

Devin Lampron scored a team-leading four goals in his collegiate debut in the win over Lehigh. Lampron's tallies included two in the fourth quarter as the Stags broke open a 5-5 tie entering the final frame into a 10-7 victory.
The last four-point day for a debuting freshman came from Colin Burke in the opening game of the 2016 campaign against Richmond. Burke went on to earn CAA Rookie and co-Player of the Year laurels with a 63-point season.
No true freshman Stag had scored four goals in his Fairfield debut since Shaun Graham rattled the cage four times in a win over Quinnipiac to begin the 1999 season.
