FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University Women's Soccer team will honor one of the most successful and accomplished senior classes in program history with their Senior Day ceremony before their 1pm matchup on Saturday against Manhattan. The senior class of: Meghan Carragher, Emilie Cook, Alex Darcy, Sam Kersey, Jess Lynskey, Maddy Theriault, and Katie Wright will be honored with a special ceremony at 12:40pm.
 
The seven-member class of 2026 have been a part of 54 victories, two MAAC Regular Season titles, and last year's MAAC Tournament Championship, the first for the program in over a decade.
 
Over the past two seasons, the Stags are the only team in the nation with 30 wins and have posted the highest winning percentage in the Division I landscape.
 
Among the individual accolades include: eight All-MAAC selections, 10 MAAC weekly awards, spots on the All-Region and All-New England squads, three MAAC All-Championship teams, a MAAC Championship MVP, and 205 points on 80 goals and 45 assists.
 
This season, the Stags sit in first-place in the MAAC standings after extending their winning streak to four-straight with a dominating 6-0 win at Rider. Fairfield sits ahead with 23 points, two in front of Sacred Heart who have played one more match than the Stags. Fairfield actually has a chance to clinch at least a share of the MAAC regular season title with a win and a draw in the Sacred Heart vs. Quinnipiac contest.
 
Manhattan enters play with a 6-4-5 overall record and a 5-3-1 conference mark, sitting in fifth place. Amaya Hill leads the team with 13 points on a conference-best nine assists. Molly Brunk has started 11 matches in net with a 0.98 goals against average and .778 save percentage.
 
Fairfield will close out the home portion of their regular season slate with a match against Niagara next Saturday at noon.
