FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University Women's Soccer team will travel to Hamden, Conn., in an in-state showdown featuring the MAAC's two unbeaten teams in the conference as the Stags face the Quinnipiac Bobcats on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm. The Stags, who enter with a 3-0 record in the MAAC, have won their last nine regular season MAAC games as they enter their match against the reigning conference champions
About Fairfield:
- The Stags kept their conference record spotless with a 2-1 comeback victory at Niagara on Saturday.
- Fairfield fell behind in the seventh minute but used two second half goals by
Reagan Klarmann and
Elle Scott to complete the comeback. It was the second-straight game that the duo had tallied a goal

- The Stags out-shot Niagara 17-15, marking the 13th time in the last 14 MAAC games that Fairfield has out-shot their opponents. The Stags lead the MAAC and rank 17th in the country with 18.1 shots per game.
- Fairfield has also won nine-straight MAAC regular season games, their longest streak since the 2001-02 seasons
About Quinnipiac:
- The reigning MAAC Champions also bring a 3-0 conference record into the match with a 5-3 mark overall
- The Bobcats have not allowed a goal in their first three MAAC matches, out-scoring their opponents 7-0 and out-shooting their foes 62-11
- Courtney Chochol is the team leader with 13 points on four goals and five assists
