FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University Women's Soccer team will continue their road trip as they travel to Poughkeepsie, N.Y., to take on the Marist Red Foxes on Saturday night at 7pm. The Stags will look to continue their winning ways after a 1-0 shutout victory at Manhattan on Wednesday.

Sam Kersey scored the lone goal for the Stags in their 1-0 victory in Riverdale. The tally came in the first half and was her fourth goal of the season.
Maddy Theriault was credited with the assist, her fourth helper of the year.
- The Stags' defense was dominant in the win allowing just three shots in the match and only one shot on goal. That shot on target came with just 26 seconds remaining in the contest.
Katie Wright picked up that lone save for her fourth shutout of the year. The three shots were the fewest by a Fairfield opponent this year.
- Fairfield also out-shot their opponent by a 15-3 margin. The Stags have out-shot every MAAC opponent this season and 16 of the last 17 dating back to last year
About Marist:
- The Red Foxes enter play with a 2-8-3 record and a 2-4-1 mark in the conference after falling to Quinnipiac 6-1.
