FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University Women's Soccer team will travel to Riverdale, N.Y., for a matchup against the Jaspers on Wednesday night at 7pm. The Stags will look to get back on the winning track after dropping back-to-back matches.
About Fairfield:
- Fairfield is coming into the match on a two-game losing streak after dropping a 1-0 decision against Canisius on Saturday.
- The Stags out-shot the Griffs 18-5 and have out-shot every MAAC opponent this season. They have out-shot their conference foe in 15 of the last 16 matches dating back to last season.
- Fairfield has attempted 17.9 shots per game, the most in the MAAC and the 16th most in the country.
About Manhattan:
- The Jaspers enter with a 3-5-3 overall record and an even 2-2-2 mark in the MAAC.
