FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Volleyball closes out the 2018 regular season with visits from the Western New York contingent of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference as Niagara and Canisius come to George Bisacca Court at Alumni Hall on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. The Stags will recognize their four-member senior class prior to Sunday's meeting with the Griffs. First serve for both matches is slated for 1 p.m. with all of the action set to broadcast live by the Stags Sports Network on ESPN+.

Fairfield enters the weekend with an 11-14 overall record and a mark of 10-6 in the MAAC. The Stags currently control their own destiny to finish in the top five in the MAAC but could climb as high as third pending other results around the conference. All 10 teams qualify for this year's MAAC Championship, which will be held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. from Nov. 15-17.

Prior to Sunday's match, Fairfield will celebrate its four graduating seniors: Kaitlyn Fisher, Nora Quinn, Taylor Rudeen and Sydney Williams. The quartet has been a part of 85 Stags victories to date, including a 60-10 MAAC record highlighted by a trio of MAAC Championships and NCAA postseason appearances.

On the court, the Stags are looking to avenge a pair of losses after an 0-2 trip to Canisius and Niagara on Oct. 6-7. Fairfield has earned at least one win over every MAAC team (postseason included) in each of the last four seasons from 2013-17.
