Fairfield Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Nominations are now being accepted for the Fairfield University Athletics Hall of Fame. The online nomination form is available here. All nominations must be submitted via the online form by Friday, November 10. The 2018 Hall of Fame class will be announced in the winter of 2018 and will be officially inducted on May 7, 2018 at the Fairfield Athletics Hall of Fame Golf Outing at Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield.
