FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University Department of Athletics has announced a new partnership with the Vantage Sports Network. The only network dedicated exclusively to covering Connecticut sports, Vantage Sports Network will broadcast complete Fairfield games in addition to highlights, interviews and features on Stags' student-athletes and all 20 varsity athletic programs.
“We are excited to announce this new partnership with Vantage Sports Network and Frontier Communications,” said Fairfield Director of Athletics Gene Doris. “We hope that the opportunity to introduce our athletic programs and student-athletes to a statewide audience will lead to increased community engagement between Fairfield University and the entire state of Connecticut.”
Games that are broadcast live on FairfieldStags.TV will air on VSN on tape delay throughout the week in addition to Fairfield scores and highlights being featured on CT Sports Now, the network's nightly flagship program hosted by veteran Connecticut sports anchor Noah Finz.
Vantage Sports Network is available throughout the state of Connecticut exclusively on Frontier Communications cable systems.
