TOWSON, Md. – The Fairfield University men's lacrosse team plays for its first-ever Colonial Athletic Association Championship this Saturday, May 7 at Towson. The second-seeded Stags will meet the top-seeded and No. 11 nationally-ranked host Tigers at 1 p.m. in a contest televised live by the American Sports Network.
Fairfield reached the CAA Championship Game via an 11-8 win over third-seeded Hofstra on Thursday evening. Towson knocked off fourth-seeded Drexel, 10-6, in the day's first semifinal at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
