Fairfield Fuel

Located in the varsity weight room inside Walsh Athletic Center, Fairfield Fuel is a state-of-the-art fueling station designed to provide healthy, post-workout snacks for the Stags' 450 student-athletes. Fairfield Fuel is designed to provide “grab-and-go” snack options to fit both the busy schedules of varsity student-athletes as well as their nutritional needs for peak performance.

Snacks, including options provided by Stop & Shop, were selected by a registered dietitian and Fairfield University Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Performance Michael Harris. In addition to Stop & Shop products, Fairfield Fuel includes items such as fruit, cheese, yogurt, seeds and nuts.
