BOSTON, Mass. -- The Fairfield University women's rowing team sent two entries to the 2021 Head of the Charles Regatta on Saturday afternoon. The Stags raced in the club four and the club eight races, taking 17th and 23rd respectively. The men's rowing team also competed during the regatta with the Stags securing 15th in the club four.
The men's team was represented in the club four event with the Stags placing 15th by completing its run in 17:33.32. Harvard University won the event with a time of 16: 36.64 followed by Riverfront Recapture in 16:43.34 and Dartmouth College in 16:47.60. The Fairfield boat was comprised by

On the women's side, Fairfield finished the club four race with a time of 19:22.51 behind the efforts of Arianna
Welton, Olivia Heilbronn, Emma
Szachta, Arden Costello, and coxswain Erin Dobbs. The Calgary Rowing Club won the race by registering a time of 17:47.41 while Duke University (18:26.80) and Miami ()18:30.59) completed the top three.
The club eight featured the Stags taking 23rd place with a time of 18:12.35 as USC won the race by finishing the course in 16:32.22. Yale (16:38.50) and Georgetown (16:48.83) rounded out the top three places. Fairfield's crew consisted of Audrey
