Senior Mike Bocklet was named the ECAC Lacrosse League Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Stags to wins over Bucknell, then #11 in the nation, and Harvard.
The attack scored 11 goals on the week and dished out four assists. Against the Bison he netted six goals and had one assist. He followed that with five goals and two assists against Harvard.
Bocklet leads the Stags with 25 points, including a team-best 16 goals.
Junior Matt Scanlon, a long-stick middie recieved Honor Roll accolades, after a strong week on the defensive side of the field.
Fairfield, now 12th in the nation, in the USILA poll, begins a three-game road swing at Penn State on Saturday.
